RESOLUTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL SIKH CONFEDERATION

The Interim Executive Committee consisting of the members who were present as given below met at 11:00 Hrs. on 19 July, 2007and resolved to open a Savings Bank Account in the Centurion Bank of Punjab, Sector 28-A Chandigarh. (a) Dr. Kharak Singh Mann (b) S. Gurdev Singh (c) Lt. Gen. Kartar Singh Gill (d) Bibi Baljit Kaur (e) S. Gurpreet Singh (f) Dr. Gurcharan Singh Kalkat

1. It was further resolved that the Saving Bank Account and all other transactions will be operated by any two of the following authorized members whose specimen signatures are appended below:-
