MEETING OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE
- The next meeting of the Advisory Council of the ISC on Legal Affairs and Diaspora will be held at the ISC HQ location (Sector 28-A, Chandigarh) at 11:00 AM on Monday 10 th Dec. 07 .
- The Agenda for the meeting includes the following: -
- Problems faced by NRI’s in foreign countries with regard to wearing of Sikh symbols.
- Custodial death and their Human Rights aspects.
- Recognition of Anand Marriage as done by Pakistan lately.
- Need to expedite the amendment of the Sikh Gurudwara Act by the SGPC.
- Any other topic with the permission of the chair.
- You are requested to please attend and confirm your availability by telephone.
